Kindness.. It’s an automatic happy feeling when people show kindness to us. But when I was pondering on this thought, and visualizing my ‘happy meter’ – comparing between the receiving and giving kindness, I would have to say, that I get more of the happy vibes when I practise kindness to others. However sometimes saying no, can also be a great act of kindness ૐ
